Hip Mobility


10-15 Set up



5 Sets:

5 Single Leg Deadlifts/leg

5-10 Weighted Dips

5 Weighted sit ups per arm with kettlebell bottom up


30-35 Clean up/set up



20 Minute AMRAP

20 Dumbell Push Press

20 DB Burpee Box Overs

1x Prolwer Push down and back.

–same dumbells for press as burpee box overs
