3 sets: 5 Inch Worms+10 Good Mornings+20s hs hold

 

A. Every 90s for 12 minutes (8sets)

2 Dead-Lifts beginning at 50% and adding 10-20lbs per set

 

B. 7 minute AMRAP

2-4-6-8

DeadLifts 225/155

Strict HSPU

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

7 minute AMRAP

2-4-6-8 etc.

Power Cleans 155/105

Pistols

 

Level 1:

Seated DB Press for HSPU

Step-Ups for Pistols

 

Level 2:

Push-ups

Pistols holding onto rings or bar

 

Level 3:

HSPU to Plate

Pistols as low as possible without holding onto anything
