Loads per set (by %): 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Then rest two minutes before starting…

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes 1 Rep @100-105%

 

B. For TIme:

800m Run

30 DeadLifts

400m Run

20 DeadLIfts

200m RUn

10 DeadLifts

Lvl 1: 1/2 REps on Deadlifts @ light loads

Lvl 2: 155/105

Lvl 3  185/125

Lvl 4 225/155

 

C. 3 Sets:

10 V-ups

3-5 Strict Weighted Pull-ups
