A. Work up to a max of the following Complex 10 minute Cap

3 Hang Cleans (power or squat)

3 Front Squats

3 Shoulder to overhead

Bar cannot pass below the knee once it has been lifted off the ground. The last clean cannot count as the first front squat.


B. 1/2 “the Triple 3 from the CrossFit Games 2014”

For Time

1500m Row

150 Double Unders

1.5 Mile Run (2x around the loop)


Come all the way back to the stairs before you begin your 2nd loop
