1x 4 reps @ 70%

1x 6 reps @ 75%

1x 2 rep @ 80%

1x 4 reps @ 75%

1x 6 reps @ 80%

1x 2 rep @ 85%

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

 

B. 24 MInute EMOM

Minute 1 – 15 Unbroken WallBalls (14 lb to 9ft)

Minute 2 – 8-12 Toes To Bar

Minute 3 – 20 Double Unders+5 Burpees
