Even minutes: 5 push presses: start at medium weight and work to max for day

Odd Minutes: 5 strict pullups—weighted if possible

 

B. 14 minute AMRAP

5 Wallballs

1 muscle up

10 wallballs

2 muscle ups

15 wb

3 mu

20 wb

4 mu

etc.

 

Sub each muscle up with 3 pullups (c2b if possible) and 3 Push ups
