Kid Fit

CTC KidFit provides a program that is exclusively for kids of both genders.

Through fun workouts our goal is to improve adolescent’s:

  • balance
  • flexibility
  • strength
  • speed
  • endurance
  • and more


KidFit is great for any child that just wants to be more active, or who wants to improve in their sport. The movements that are taught are very similar to how kids play through pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, climbing, running etc.


1 child – $60/month

additional child – $40/month for every child


Class Times

Wednesdays 4PM – 4:45

(possibility of adding 2 weekend classes a month)
