CTC CrossFit’s mission is to inspire and educate people of all demographics about the importance of living to be HEALTHY. From grand-parents to elite athletes everyone deserves to live their lives as healthily as possible. We believe this can be achieved through 3 components: Nutrition Education, Fitness instruction and routine, and Community building events. Overall wellness cannot be achieved without all three components because together they fill physical, psychological, and emotional voids.
CTC CrossFit is more than just a place to work out. It is a community of people who want the best out of life and will work hard to achieve it. We reach high levels of fitness by using constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensities. We combine the major lifts; dead lift, squat, presses, clean & jerk, and snatches with endurance events; run, swim, row and gymnastics based skills; pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pirouettes, holds to program each workout differently.
At CTC CrossFit, you will find a family that truly cares about your success in and out of the gym. Each workout will be scalable to any person, from elite athletes to retired couch potatoes; so that each person can train at his or her own fitness level and progressively develop the skills to succeed. There will be at least one coach at every session to explain, teach, and coach you through every workout to ensure proper form and technique is being practiced. The community that is present at CTC CrossFit is one like none other, and will be a BIG part of your journey in creating a better life for yourself!
