1st– 6 Bench Press

2nd–1 Rope Climb or Supine Rope pull


B. 3 5 round intervals

0-2 minutes: 500/400m Row + Max Reps Double Unders

2-3 mintues: Max Reps Push ups

3-4 minutes: Pullups

4-5 minutes: Hand Dumbbell Squat Cleans

5 minutes rest between rounds
