5/leg Negative Pistols

30-60s handstand hold

8/leg single leg deadlifts with barbell

5-10 Supine Ring Rows

 

B. Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 Sets) Complete the following:

15 WallBalls

10 Burpees

200m Run

rest 1:1

–intent is to go hard and try to be unbroken rounds should be about 2 minutes each.

 

C. 5x20s Hollow Hold
