Our On Ramp program is designed for people to “get their feet wet” and test the waters of CrossFit. The On Ramp program is vital to your success at CTC CrossFit; as it teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepares you for the Group WODs. The On Ramp program consists 6 sessions spanned over 2 weeks, and is mandatory for anyone unfamiliar with CrossFit. We offer the first On Ramp session free of charge to allow each person a trial session before making their decision. During these 2 weeks you will complete a fitness assessment that will include a baseline workout, circumference measurements, and you may elect to take before pictures.
After you have completed our ON RAMP program, you will be ready to join our GROUP WOD classes. These classes are the heart of CTC CrossFit, and are designed for each member to be able to push themselves mentally and physically. In these classes you can count on your CrossFit family to hold you accountable and help you reach your goals, all while completing the workouts at your pace and ability level. These group WODs will include a Warm-up, a Strength portion, an Endurance portion, and a skill/core portion.
